The roof sandwich panel consists of two layers of sheets with foam injected between them, which is usually made of polyurethane. which establishes adhesion with pre-painted upper and lower sheets of (alozinc (zinc and aluminum), galvanized and aluminum) with different thicknesses by means of several microns of primer.

Insulation foam can be made of polystyrene (density 20±2), rock wool (density 120±2), hard XPS (density 40±2) or hard polyurethane (density 40±2), which usually uses polyurethane foam for standard sandwich panels. It is the best type of foam in terms of strength and resistance.

This sandwich panel is resistant to the growth of plants, fungi and has a low thermal conductivity coefficient and high thermal resistance. The main advantages of polyurethane foam are its insulation against heat and cold, sound insulation and resistance to moisture. Being against burning (slow burning / non-flammability) which is present in the roof sandwich panel.
