The wall sandwich panel is composed of two layers of sheets between which foam is injected, usually this foam is made of polyurethane. which establishes adhesion with the upper and lower sheets of (alozinc (zinc and aluminum), galvanized and aluminum) pre-painted with different thicknesses by means of several microns of primer.
Insulation foam can be made of polystyrene (density 20±2), rock wool (density 120±2), hard XPS (density 40±2) or hard polyurethane (density 40±2), which is usually made of poly foam for standard sandwich panels. Urethane is used, which is the best type of foam in terms of strength and resistance.
